We are looking for a single person or couple for a HUGE room in our lovely house in Papatoetoe.Your room is the entire top floor of the house which gives you plenty of room for a desk, bed, TV, etc with loads of room to spare. You also have a walk in wardrobe and heaps of storage out of sight of the main part of the room shown in the photos. You’ll need your own furniture for your room, but the rest of the house is fully furnished. Great area of Papatoetoe, plenty of public transport options available nearby (including two train stations) and only a 3 minute drive to the Southern motorway with easy access to both the City and south.Loads of shops and Manukau Mall close by. There's heaps of free parking on a safe street right outside house.Rent is $190pw for one or $210 for two, plus bills at $25pp pw.Current flatmates are a couple and a smallish dog. We’re sociable and enjoy a drink but this isn’t a party house!
