Stuart Scott wrote this book in order to record the disasterous slide of Maori and Non-Maori relationships since the completion of his best selling book The Travesty of Waitangi at the end of 1993. The first is to draw the attention of the public to the biased and historically inaccurate findings of the Waitangi Tribunal - whose existance Scott believes, should be terminated. Secondly, he urges that the anti-colonial and pro-maori propaganda which comprises the cultural safety course in the nursing curriculum be kept out of our schools and colleges. Finally he points out to the people of NZ that it is they, the taxpayers and electors of this country, who have the democratic right to arrest NZ's quickening slide towards apartheid.
